Number of faces, including client. For many dates a minimum of 5 people is required. Additional people can possibly be added, please give notice so plans can be arranged. Agreed upon number of services will be expected and charged for the event.

Name and Address of Location. If hotel, contact me via email or text 614-783-8571 / jenni@oncallartistry.com with room # upon check-in. Valet parking charges will be paid by client.

Time artist needs to start. Artist requires 1 hour for bride and 45 min per additional client unless otherwise discussed prior to event. Please leave at least 15 min before and after for setup and clean up.

A non-refundable deposit is due for $200. This will reserve the time slot and the deposit will count towards the total cost of services. Payment of deposit can be made to jenni@oncallartistry through paypal, zelle, or venmo. Your date and time are not guaranteed until deposit has been received!

Payment of services Balance to be due 5 business days before your event. If payment is not made, artist will cancel said event service and deposit if forfeit.Tip and/or last minute additions may be given day of to artist.

What your artist needs - A power supply, Ample lighting (natural window light is best, warn if darker area, can bring lighting if necessary), A table or desk area close to power source cleared off and ready for artist. If hotel: please call front desk and ask for tall chair/barstool for artist (saves our backs!) 1 per artist

In the rare event that the artist has unforeseen circumstances that would keep her from providing the agreed upon services, she will do her best to find a suitable replacement and / or give you the option to cancel outright for a refund of deposit (less trial fee). Upon the booking of the artist, the client is not an “employer” of artist; the artist is an independent contractor.

Artist agrees to the following: I will provide the best quality makeup application services that I am capable and a full face of makeup from a well stocked and clean kit. The parties contracted under this agreement will be ready by the agreed upon end time. I will uphold the terms agreed upon in this contract with the named client and their party

Terms of this contract are to be upheld by both parties and changes to terms will be at the discretion of Jennifer Pincelli. Further changes may be arranged to accommodate requests, if they are feasible and agreed upon by both parties in suitable time frame. If client breaches contract, client forfeits deposit. Agreed upon number of services will be charged.
