Luxurious, long-wearing, smudge proof cream liner. Draws a perfect line without tugging on delicate eyelids.

Lecithin conditions skin.

How To Use

Apply with a liner brush by pressing the brush lightly along the base of lash line, using long sweeping strokes. Can be smudged while still wet for a smokey effect.
